Purchased a new Windows Surface (Win 10). Attempted to connect my DP-006 and its not discoverable. Followed all the steps and still nothing. The DP-006 display shows its connected, however my PC does not - nothing occurs. Changed the cable and still nothing. Tried to troubleshoot with Best Buys Geek Squad and nothing. Worked just fine on my old Mac Pro which crapped out a couple of weeks ago.
The DP-006 does not require special drivers and as per Tascam is tested and approved for Win 10. I am at a loss and find it hard to believe the two are not compatible.
Hoping someone has tips and could provide some guidance/insight as to what may be occurring.
