DP-008ex Internal mics

I just got one of these bad boys for xmas. So still going through the learning curve. Wondering if there is a way to mute the internal condenser mics when I connect my own mic?

Hi, page 42 of the manual describes how to select the input source(s). Selecting external source turns off the internal mics. HTH
