DP-03 sd.......I did not format my sd card, help

hey guys, total newbie to the forum here! Here is my issue, I always format my card before working....... Well almost always, I finished a great piece and was about to transfer data and I remember that I did not format to FAT. How doomed am l? Any and all help will be much appreciated
