DP-03 sd

Hi, I'm new to all this. Trying to get my new DP-03 SD to talk to my PC. Tried a Windows 8.1 and a Windows 7. Both PCs say "not recognized" when I connect via USB cable.
I don't see any driver downloads on Tascam site.

Any help??

AFAIK, these units show up as an external drive and shouldn't need a driver. When you open Windows explorer (WIN button + E) don't you see a drive named DP-03?

Thank you! That worked when I opened explorer first.

Now, how to get the DP-03SD to recognize and play a wav. file from my PC ? Owner's manual is not very helpful.
Do you know the best way to do this?

I'm sorry, I have no actual experience with this unit.. Hopefully someone who does will chime in.
