DP-24 Stereo track pair panning question

I have a 2488 and a Neo. Both machines allow you to pan separately each track of a stereo pair. I just bought the DP-24 and there doesn't seem to be a way to pan the stereo tracks separately. I have been reading the manual and it doesn't tell you how to do it.

Is there a way to do it on the DP-24? I can't believe that they would not have that option.

I will sometimes put mono tracks into each stereo track to free up the mono tracks. So I have to be able to pan those tracks separately.
