I really felt like I needed a physical booklet to study up on the DR-40. With some (a lot) of manipulation to the original PDF, I have an easy to output format that just took 15 minutes and well under $15 to have printed, cut and bound at a Staples print center. I am making the file available by request if someone else wants to go this route. It will come out on 29 letter size sheets printed B&W on both sides with the original 116 pages at half letter size, which gives a little more paper margin than the document size.
