This past weekend I recorded about 8 hours of live sound with the line inputs. I had the device recording in 320 MP3 to a 4GB Mini SD and it was plugged into USB power. When we were done recording we pressed stop and went along cleaning everything up.
I went to get the file off of the SD last night and there was absolutely nothing on the drive. What could have caused the file to just disappear? My only guess is that when USB power was unplugged, the battery power took over and then eventually died, taking everything with it.
Do you think there's any way to recover this data? What can I look out for in the future to make sure this doesn't happen?
