DR22 no buttons work?

ive tried everything got a new micro sd card, pull the batteries in and out ... I cant push "ok" to format the sd card and when no card is in no buttons work. AAHHHHH guitar player down !!! Guitar PLAYER DOWN!

Do you have problem while formatting the SD card or the "format SD card" was an attempt to recovery from a previous issue? Does the unit work nominally when connected to a PC via USB?
