I recently did a field video session and had a Sennheiser lav connected to my DR40 in a dual recording mode config. Each of the tracks exhibit random and intermittent blasts of digital noise that are all about .094 seconds in length occurring at different times on each of the dual tracks.
I've noticed this in the past but they were very infrequent. This session they are occurring much more frequently (sometimes several per minute)

Anybody have any clue what may be going on????
