Fader not allineated

Hi guys, ive cheked on my dm3200 that when i link ch 1 to ch 2 fader are not allineated, if i move ch 1 to 0 db, ch 2 move like higher, ive try to check fader test and them work fine , but this problem still.... any solutions...??? have a nice day..

Hi, I also have the same problem on my DM-4800.
I changed a 8-faders pcb (funny, it was the channels 1-8...) and the new faders are not aligned either.
There is no fader calibration like on the DM-24, and I found nothing on the service manuals about calibrating faders, even new ones.

maybe try to factory reset?? do you thinnk can solve this problem?
