FTP Transfers

Despite setting my user and password in the network settings, my FTP program keeps telling me my user name and password are incorrect. Any ideas? This happens in static and DHCP modes.

I was not aware that Internet Explorer no longer supports FTP as it used to. Using FileZilla, I am now able to connect and transfer without issue.
