Recently picked up a FW-1082 for cheap.
It wouldn’t do firewire, so I tried the c112/c113 modification from the 0606 service notification.
Bingo!
With all the info available here I got it running perfectly on W11 and Sonar Producer and BandLab.

Just 1 more thing:
It has some ‘digital’ background noise/hum, that changes in frequency/pitch while using the interface.
The changes in pitch are very noticable when changing the sample rates in the control panel.
Seems like there’s some leakage between the data and audio circuit of some sort.
Any ideas?
