Fw1884 and Alesis Adat XT

Hi Folks, If anyone is using the 1884 with the Alesis adat xt via optical connection could you please post your routing and clock sync etc. Tried a bunch of different combos getting feed back etc. Just your basic settings on both units would help a lot. I know it is me but seem to be having a senior moment????? I am using Cubase 8 as the DAW

In the past I used to have a Tascam DA-88, not an Alesis Adat. It used the Tdif connection and I used a Tdif to Adat converter to connect to the Tascam. At the time I think I had the DA-88 sending Clock signal but I'm not 100% sure. The routing I suppose you need to do at the FW-1884 Control Panel. Also, the "Bank" should be in #2 if you wish to monitor the sound coming from the Alesis, I suppose.

But I may not be the best person to tell you that as I replaced my DA workflow by a DR-680 Workflow.
