Headphone + DM

Hello

As I'm used to Beyerdynamic DT770 250 Ohm from my work at the radiostation I bought them also for my studio.

My experience is that the Beyerdynamic headphone has a very low output volume on the DM compared to the analog board at the radiostation..

Is this because the Headphone is 250 Ohm and the DM's headphones output is 32 Ohm?


Would the the 80 Ohm model of the Beyerdynamic the better choice for the DM?

Yes.
Sennheiser HD25 is a great choice.

Big fan of my new Senn. HD 280pro. 64 Ohm, and sound just like my monitors. Clear, loud and not hyped.
