Does anybody have any experience of external midi cc control of mixer parameters in the 2488 mk 1 ?
I'm sending them in ok (the yellow midi receive light in the top right hand corner is flashing) and the cc option is enabled under sync midi option under the menu/title button, so it's not that.
I can't figure out what the manual is saying about how to send bank change to define whether midi channels 1 to 8 control mixer channels 1 to 8 or mixer channels 9 to 16 and so on, but I don't think it's that, because the manual also says cc messages on midi channel 16 should control the master fader (which in theory should be independent of bank select) but that's not working either.
If anybody can advise, it would be greatly appreciated.
