- TASCAM or SOUNDCRAFT?

Hello Friends,
I'm considering either Model 16 or 24 for a swift purchase, but I'm a newbie to pults, tracking & recording whatsoever.
At start, I'm going to do a rehersal & recording for a couple of school rock / hard rock bands - no proffessional players, same as myself in tracking / recording space
So, I decided at start to drop an idea of owning a Soundcraft Signature 22 with a great preamp sections but no standalone recording on-board towards owning a "all-in-one" Tascam, either Model 16 or 22 - I need you help to decide which is more suitable.
I'm in a rock space for quite some time, would like to give some british flavour to those mp3 files I'm going to give to those young musicians for free afterwards. So I've made some purchases - as crazy as it sounds - to make this happen:
1. All vocals into --> TL Audio C1 Stereo compressor --> into TASCAM
2. All guitars (Les Pauls, Strats, you name it) hanging on Marshall Plexi | Marshall JVM 205 | Budda Super Drive SDII80 are heavy duty full tube amps via Friedman Mic No-Mo speaker emulator into --> TL Audio 5021 Ivory Series 2 --> into TASCAM
3. Bass via Friedman hanging on Mesa Boogie Big Block 750 via SPL Cabulator with a speaker emulated out into --> TASCAM
4. Drums Pearl or Tama Swingstar micked up with Shure 7 pcs set of microphones would go either:
a) straight into TASCAM or
b) in Zone-Pult Yamaha VM800 mixer with 2x Balances Instrument Out into --> TL Audio 5052 Ivory Series 2 Stereo Processor --> TASCAM
5. Keyboard would go straight into TASCAM
So, this is the plan - to get tubes heat & meat from those great TL Audio products. Not to interfere with TASCAM preamps, probably pass-though the signal and use TASCAM to rout the stereo signal for:
A) Rehearsal into a decent PA --> decent cabs for the audience such as Electrovoice S-1503
B) Recording with multitrack to shape up the sound afterwards
What do you think which Model should I get? I assume to do this more often, probably to use TASCAM in rock band context going forward for myself.
Does it enable to pass-through TASCAM's preamp section or to minimally interfere with it to get this british tube like roaring Marshalls & Budda sound tube like with some glue added from TL Audio processing unit?
