How To Start A New Thread

Hello , I wanted to add a new thread about syncing the Model 24 to Midi without a computer as i've just spent 2 weeks finding out how to and the problems i faced but there is no Blue button for me to press as described above (on the right hand side)
Or do i just reply like this with a title?

@MrFeenix You are now in a single topic. The big blue 'Post New Thread' button you need is on top of each forum, one level up (it shows on top of each topic).

EDIT: Just to clarify: This and above post were originally placed in a completely dfifferent topic, which makes it look strange now (someone in a new thread asking about creating a new thread)..
