IF-FW/DM mkII driver is ALWAYS locked, can't edit buffer/latency

When I pull up the IF-FW/DM mkII control panel, it's always locked (and un-editable) and I can't change the buffer/latency settings. It's locked even when the I change the ASIO driver in Cubase to No Driver, even after I exit the DAW. I use to be able to change these settings. Anybody had this issue or know how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Seems I posted this too hastily as I figured it out 14 minutes later! I have Kontakt installed and pointed to the driver. I had to go in there and temporarily disable the FW driver. I also had to do it in the Windows 10 audio settings for both Recording and Playback.
