That's impressive for a 4-track cassette machine.
The vocal could stand out a bit more in the mix, IMO. Next time, you might want to try reducing (shelving) the low mid of the vocal by about 3dB below 300Hz, and adding 2 to 3 dB at 2kHz and 4kHz using a wide Q for each. That would also bring out more of the really nice reverb.
