Master EQ section stopped working

Hey guys, since yesterday i cant find out why the "master section EQ" (that in a right corner) on my Model 12 have no response.
I actually broke my nerves with this...
I think it happened when i played one record from PC through TRRS to 9/10 channel, but thats probably just coincidence?
Please someone help me with this, cause it makes me sick.
PS: I have the machine just 2 weeks, so its brand new..

Welcome to the forum. A technical answer requires at least a detailed description of the context in which the problem occurs.
- What happens at the input has not necessarily direct relation to the output section (i.e. master EQ), unless you accidentally inject letal voltage and fry something;
- how did you set the switches at the bottom of master EQ switches (numbered 22 & 23 in the OM) ?
- are you monitoring on headphones or sub/main output?
- how did you set input (switch mode, assign)?
- how did you set output?

Actually it was just eq button, but its strange cause i was trying that and every button day before like 10 times and couldnt make it work. So that made me kind of confused, but everythings works now and thats important.
