MENU CLICK AND DISPLAY WITH BAR (NOT TIME DISPLAY)

Hello,
I just saw on a tutorial :
that it was possible on the MODEL 12, to display the bar in measure mode (as opposed to the Time mode). In a CLICK menu :

Does it also exist on the MODEL 16 ?
I don't find it...

Also, I can't find how to set the recording of each track to POST REC?

Does it also exist on the MODEL 16?
