Mic input does not sound correctly

Somewhy my mic inpunts don't sound clean and clear even when all the effects are turned off. Mic sound has something like doubling or light chorus effect that is very distubing. I use DM-24 as live mixer, connected to HK Audio PA via stereo output.
When I look at the screen for connection line up I see mic going through input-gate (turned off)-comp-EQ-fader-DLY-stereo.
It seemes that this Delay (DLY is something that causes the strange doubling effect, even thought it is turned to zero)

By default I think the channels send to Aux 1, and also by default Aux 1 sends to the stereo mix. I would check there first to make sure that's not what's happening here ... I've had this happen before but generally there wasn't a big time lag associated with it.
