Model 24 Display Problem

TASCAM Community,

I am new to the group and would kindly like to ask for your help with the issue that we have recently experienced at church using our Model 24.

We are experiencing repetitive restart of its display. And while the mixer does not restart, it does make an annoying pop that is disrupting.
The only thing we did is to perform a power cycle, but that did not resolve the issue. I also noticed that the effects section is no longer working.

I was hoping a firewire upgrade will resolve it but we cannot do that at this point due to the display issue. Did anybody here have the same problem?
How did you resolve it?

Is the console fully booting up? Your description sounds like continual rebooting.

The console is not booting (i.e. the LEDs stay lit and the sound is not cut-off). The display of the console is constantly rebooting.
