Model 24 Only flashing lights upon startup

I've had my Model 24 for about 3 years now, great piece of kit with zero issues over that time. This morning however, I powered it up, and the only thing that happens is the red leds on each channel flash rapidly. I have a sub connected, and it pulses in time with the flashes. If I power the unit off, the flashes continue but slow down for a few seconds until the unit powers off completely. I have tried plugging the unit in elsewhere and trying a different power cord. Issue persists regardless if USB is connected or not. Any suggestions? Is my beloved unit dead?
