Model 24 with Studio One: Won’t Pan

I am using a Model 24 as my audio interface with S1. I can record tracks into Studio One however during playback I can’t pan any of the recorded tracks. Any suggestions?
Windows 10 Surface
Studio One 4 Pro
Tascam Model 24

I've been thinking of getting a Model 24 and use Studio One 5.2 Pro. Does the Model 24 show up as 22 inputs & 22 available outputs in Studio One?
