Model 24 won't Boot up

Hi, my Model 24 doesn't boot up when I turn it own. Light appear in the interface window but there's nothing else. And computer doesn't see it either via USB or Bluetooth.
I was powering it On and Off with a power bar, so maybe it didn't like that (now I know!)

Is there a way to make a factory reset or reinstall the software?
As anybody come across that problem before?

I would try booting it without the SD card.

there was no SD card installed in the first place. Should I try with one?

I would be surprised if a "power bar" (assuming I know what that is, I'm guessing it is like a surge protected strip of outlets or like a Furman rack mount power supply) is the problem unless something is wrong with it. But, if there is something wrong and the mixer isn't getting enough power, then I could see that. I would doubt you damaged it with a surge or something like that.
