Model24 / Windows 10 Pro / Mismatch error

Hi Everyone,

this my first post, so thanks for reading and anyone who can shed some light on my problem.

I've had the model 24 since it came out, and its great!

Except one issue that constantly happens is the mismatch error between my computer and the bit rate settings of the mixer (as the loaded song dictates).

I have the matching settings, usually 48/16bit but sometimes when switching applications or other reasons unknown the mixer stops working and reports a mismatch. resulting in me adjusting the rate to get sound again or failing that restarting my computer.

Is there something I'm missing? Does anyone else have this problem with Windows 10 and the Model24?

Update your firmware. With the newer firmware you will still occasionally get the mismatch error but it will be a non critical error. Ie: you can just press the enter button (top of the scroll wheel) and the machine won’t lock up or anything.

Update to the newest drivers while you are at it. The newer drivers are much better than the 1.0 release.
