Apologies if this is one of the questions every newbie has I have reached out to techsupport but have not heard back.
I received this DP-008EX Ditial MultiTrack Recorder as a gift 3 years ago. It has stayed unused in the box. I finally work up the nerve to record some new music, read the instructions and turn it on and get this error message!
"Mount Error: 01 Please PWR Off"
I have tried to turn the power off and restart, the instructions offer no other advice but Im hoping someone here can!
