if a singer wants hear themselves sing and monitor a pre recorded track while using headphones , How is this possible without a feedback loop blasting through the headphones?

I have a tascam m-106 and a tascam 32-b

Unless you have bleed from the headphones to the microphone,you won't have feedback-unless the feedback loop is inside the singer's head.
