Multiple US-4x4 in one PC

Me and my friends recently purchased a US-4x4 and it worked very well. We decided to buy another instead of the 16x08 so that we could use them separately or together. While awaiting shipping I decided to look into them a little bit more and realized it may be a problem actually using these together. I am running Windows 10 with a very substantial PC build. I planned to used them in OBS and have them detected as two different recording inputs through there. Will it just be tricky to get my computer to detect them both and run them separately? I will know today or later this week if this is the case. Just wondering if anyone has done this and what their results were.
