Hello all! I just rejoined the Tascam Forum. I was a member before about 2 or 3 years before, but apparently my account was deleted, or the forum has changed in some way.
At any rate, what prompted me to visit today was to review a post I made about 2 years ago (and its responses) about my Tascam 2488 being frozen such that I cannot do anything at all. It boots up, but the buttons and controls do not respond (some buttons are lit up, representing the state of the last project I was working on). I cannot find that post, which makes me think the forum may have gone through a re-vamp...
Anyway, looking forward to interacting with you all. I will search for similar issues before I repost my question in the 2488 forum. My biggest concern is whether or not I can recover the wav files from the hard drive.
