New to the DP-24SD

Now that I have all my tracks recorded I'm trying to add a guitar effect (the built-in Flanger) to a couple of them and when I do they basically become very quiet to the point where you can barley hear them. Anyone know what buttons I need to push to get my new Tascam to play ball?

There are no input/output level controls for the flanger effect but maybe you've switched on one of the other 3 effects in the Insert(Guitar) chain. Some of these have level controls so they may be lowering the level as it passes through the block. The effect naming and usage is confusing so shout if you're not sure. There's a sticky post in the dp24/32 section detailing all the effects if that helps.
