Hello Everyone,
I'm Rustitution, and I'm a motovlogger, if you don't know what that is its ok, I'm a guy who rides around on my motorcycle who thinks he is funnier then he actually is, and I talk about stuff, usually motorcycle related, well I have a really nice Sony action Camera strapped to my head and I am looking to upgrade my audio for my videos so I was looking for a digital recorder that will let me record audio from the internal microphone/s and will let me connect my microphone in my helmet as well.
The microphone in my helmet is a Sony Stero Mic, and I love it I bought a miniplug to XLR adaptor and when I plug that set up to my DR-40 I'm not getting any audio from it any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
DR-40 set to 4 channel, 3/4 input level boosted but still doesn't give me anything?
