No voltage on moter after replacing belt Midistudio 644

Hi, i replaced my belt on the midistudio. since the replacement the motor doesn't recieve any voltage. before the replacement it did. also the 3 I don't know what the're called voltage regulators on the side seem to get very hot. does anyone have any idea how to fix this? i've searched the internet over and over again.
