Only sound quality problem, dm3200

The sound quality of the dm3200 was strange.
Are repair possible?
The sound Quality is not clear and it is not clean and it is dark and it is rough.
The phenomenon that it is altogether the same with all mic input and all output.
And,
Can I be improved to the way like PCB (DSP) board change ?
Oh~
The factory reset put into practice but it was not improved.
Have you ever experienced this situation ?
