Hey guys, thanks for all the help so far, with the help of this Forum, and of course Phil Tipping's vids, I'm feeling a bit pro with using the Tascam DP32!
I had my band over to all record, I used e-drums and they mic'd amps and plugged in etc, we recorded a whole session of songs. I'm actually using these to turn the drum track off and practise to it as I'm the newest member
I've successfully mixed down all the tracks I needed and taken them off the SD card,
But today I plugged the Tascam into an extension cable with my Yamaha DTX400K, so only a tiny drum kit, and my Mac plugged in, and it sparked pretty big and now won't work, however when I plug anything else into the same outlet, that piece of equipment still works, so it has to be the power adapter for the Tascam,
I've only had it for about 3 weeks so this is way too soon to be having to look at picking up a new adapter, has anyone had a similar problem before?
Thanks,
Chris
