Presonus firestudio

I am now trying to add the presonus firestudio to the board using ADAT. I think I have everything set up correctly but the sync light is blinking meaning its out of sync and won't function. The only thing I have done is set the desired inputs and outputs in the routing screen as ADAT 1-8. what am i forgetting? Thanks
