I'm looking at buying the Tascam Model 12 mixer for live gigs. I'm gonna set up a couple of audience microphones to be mixed in for IEM, but obviously I don't want those microphones going into the main out that is connected to the PA speakers.
It's not obvious to me how or even if I can do this. The mixer has a couple of headphone outs, couple of AUX outs which I could connect my IEMs to. But I would hate to buy it and then realize it can't do what I need.
Could you guys shed some light on the situation?
