Pro Tools Artist + DM-4800

Need your assistance in routing the PT master out to channels 31/32. I used the exact same routing scheme as I use in Cubase Pro but am not getting the same result. If I choose output 15/16 in the output tab of the I/O section for example then I am good to go. It seems as though I cannot assign anything above channels 15-16 to the monitoring output. Perhaps, it is a limitation of this particular version of Pro Tools.

Hi Peter, Yes you are correct. Pro Tools Artist is limited to 32 audio tracks, 32 aux channels, 32 instrument tracks, 64 MIDI tracks, and 16 channels of I/O. Hope this helps.

@Juzz Thank you for getting back to me. I was aware of the track count etc. but was curious as to why I could not assign channels 31/32 as L/R. As I have always done when using the DM with Cubase 1.x Pro. Have a safe and wonderful weekend. Peter
