Pro Tools Not Recording Channels 5-12 from Model 12 - help!

    Hi,
    I'm having an issue where audio running into my computer via USB audio, isn't seeing or recording audio coming into channels 5, 6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12.

    My i/o setup and mix window is in the video...

    Pretty sure it is the limitation of the Pro Tools Intro ie limited to 4 "Simultaneous recording inputs" as I had the same issue, even when i deleted channels 1-4 in the i/o I wasn't able to access 5 and upwards.

    I didn't even know there was such a thing as Pro Tools Intro but you're absolutely correct, only 4 simultaneous record inputs are available.
