Brand new to this so please be gentle. I have just purchased a DP-01FX and when connecting up my Casio keyboard (brand new) via a normal lead, after a short while for no apparent reason, the keyboard starts playing random notes, increasing in frequency. What the heck is causing this? I think what I really need is someone who lives near me to come over and talk me through using the new recorder like I am a particularly slow 4 year old. Surely it can't be that difficult, About 30 years ago I used to frequently use a Tascam 244, through a Yamaha SPX90II on my Ensoniq Mirage - I never had any problems with that. Do I just have a dodgy DP-01?
