Hey guys,

It's been. while since I posted, but everything has been good with my usage of the Model 12 :)

I do have a question now though. I've started using Logic Pro X as a DAW and using the Model 12 as the audio input for it. I plug a guitar into input 2 (using a DI box first) and strums chord and set the gain for the channel such that my LED never goes into the red. On the meter, I can see the peak signal just going above the dotted horizontal line when I strum loudest. That where I've always recorded at.

But, when I look at Logic, the channel meter shows something like -20 db. I have the fader set at 0dB, so I'm expecting to see -9 or so. Does anyone know where approx 12 dB is going?

I know this isn't a DAW forum, but I'm hoping I've done something familiarly stupid and someone can point out what it is ;)

Hi, I have the same issue. How did you solve it? Which slider setting?
Thanks and best regards
