Searching for factory-presets TM-D4000 and hidden functions

Hello!

My TM-4000 didn't start.
I must reset the desk and / or start the hidden menu.
But I don't know the combination to start it!

Can somebody tell me the combination / the comand to get the hidden menu?

YES - I got it!!!


Bevor you turn the power on, you must press:
SHIFT + FADERPOSITION!!!!


Now the Diagnostik-Menu starts.
