Soft Power off

My Dm4800 has suddenly decided not to power down using Control/shift/alt?
Also the remote layer cannot be accessed (The red light does not come on)
Everything else works as normal. Any ideas, thanks in advance.

Deoxit!
Maybe it's a stuck or sluggish button.

Thanks Salty, I have tried Servisol switch cleaner (couldn’t source Deoxit) and after several tries over many days and many pushes it worked! Thanks again.
