Something is wrong PT10 outputs or outputs DM4800 ... ????

1.- Stop and ready Rec . I have no outputs 1-2
2 Rec and Play have no outputs 1-2
3.- Playback all OK !!!....

When active REC , I lose output PT and DM, but when I turn REC , the audio returns . I made no change out of the ordinary ... and load other presets DM without results, PT , I / O , defaults, as always .
Reset DM ??? PT10 reinstall ??
help me!
