Stereo mic rec on Model 12?

I'm moving over from a Zoom L8 to the Tascam Model 12. Can I record the stereo mix (main fader) as well as each channel to a separate track on the Model 12, just as I can on the Zoom?

In fact, you cannot not record the stereo mix as no matter what else you record, the stereo mix is always armed and recorded.
