'Sx-1 "New Take" issue - reload software?

I have a problem with a few tracks that will randomly go to "new take" no matter how I route everything. I will have all routings correct but when I record a few tracks will not record but rather shift others tracks and go to "New Take". How do I reload the software? Any other ideas.
