Sys Error and card formatting, etc

I recently started working with the dp 32 and had a few songs roughed out when I received the system error msg around my SDcard. I read a previous post about checking the card out on a computer and did that but cannot find an obviously corrupted file. I tried formatting a new card and starting over but also got the sys error msg. So...Question one: How can I fix that? and Question 2: When I look at and listen to the files on the computer I see the card saves every false start or botched run at a track --despite that I have rewound and started the same track to re-record. If I bounce down ONLY the good tracks to a mixing session--I assume I lose nothing but those "blank" tracks. Let me know if all this makes sense and how I can proceed! Thanks --Jeremy
