Tascam 122B MKiii capstan motor capacitors replace

I recently replaced gear C and in the process of moving/replacing the transport into the chassis, I accidentally dislodged capacitor C13, such that it tore the landings off the PC board. I have a replacement capacitor but I need to know the nearest tie point to hard wire both ends of C13. I don't know how to create new landings from the remaining traces. Is the neg side of C13 tied to ground? (There is no schematic anywhere that I can find). I'm going to need either a very powerful magnifying glass or some guidance. If anyone has a "dead" board I could probably figure it out.
