Tascam 16*08 input monitoring

Hello,

I am trying to play guitar through this device and experience a low latency situation, but it's failing at that -

It either can't get low enough or it gets crackles.

Is there an easy way to simply monitor the input signal (not through the DAW, for instance) ?

Use the Mixer and output setting tabs in the Settings Panel. Works great.

Yup, just route line1 and kine 2 to master L and master R respectively, and mute your daw's master output
